We always strive to ensure you receive the freshest, most delightful treats possible. If something doesn’t go quite right, this policy explains how we handle returns, replacements, and refunds.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
Because our products are freshly made and perishable, we handle all returns and refunds on a case-by-case basis to ensure fairness and quality assurance.
We accept refund or replacement requests only if:
- The item was incorrect, damaged, or did not meet our quality standards upon delivery.
- You notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order (with photos or videos as proof).
Requests made beyond this timeframe may not be eligible for a refund or replacement, as our desserts are time-sensitive and perishable.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for the following:
- Change of mind or personal taste preferences
- Partially consumed items
- Orders not collected or delivered due to incorrect contact information
- Custom or personalized cake orders (unless damaged or incorrect)
3. Replacements & Exchanges
If a non-perishable product (such as cookies or packaged items) is damaged or incorrect, we can arrange a replacement or an exchange. Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order to arrange this.
4. Cancellations
- Same-day cake orders cannot be cancelled once preparation has begun.
- Pre-orders (placed more than a day in advance) may be cancelled only if production has not started. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify or cancel an order — we’ll do our best to help.
5. Refund Process
If a refund is approved:
- It will be issued to your original payment method.
- Processing may take 5–7 business days, depending on your payment provider or bank.
- Shipping and delivery fees (if any) are non-refundable, unless the error was on our part.
6. How to Request a Refund or Report an Issue

- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Photo/video evidence (for damaged/incorrect items)
